Your role will include offering quality project support to various initiatives, applying your practical knowledge and experience in project, program, and change management processes.This position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across different Business Units and workstreams, ensuring comprehensive support for the business. You will also provide administrative assistance on larger projects, contributing to the success and growth of TAL.In this role you will:Prepare templates and artefacts using various software (e.g. MS Office Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project)Coordinate and at times, facilitate project/workstream sessions/SteerCo meetingsProvide drafting support for meeting materials on behalf of the Business & Planning Manager, Head of Governance & Risk, or other program managers as neededProduce ad-hoc reporting to encourage/demonstrate compliance with processes, support leadership team decision-makingProactively identify and manage project risksProvide financial management support, including purchase order management, validation of invoicing and accruals and statement of work approvals
