The OFX office is in Sydney (with flexible working arrangements in place), and we are also happy to consider remote work arrangements from locations across Australia.This role is part of the global Legal Team and is responsible for working closely with the Heads of Legal responsible for each of the regions to support the Chief Legal Officer and Company Secretary to manage legal risk within the business, providing broad ranging corporate and commercial legal support to the business.What you’ll be doingSupporting the launch of new products and capabilities, including the new client platform and business transformationsWorking with the Global Executive Team and the OFX Group board in relation to key strategic and commercial initiativesManaging legal risk and advising on global regulatory changes and the impacts on compliance obligations, including payments regulations and sanctions advice, and working with financial services regulators across the regionsProviding legal advice and consultation to senior management in relation to a variety of corporate, commercial, legal, licensing and regulatory issuesDrafting, reviewing and updating a range of commercial contracts, with clients, partners and service providersDrafting, reviewing and updating product and customer terms and conditions and policies including the privacy policyDrafting and reviewing internal policies and procedures to ensure consistency and regulatory complianceUndertaking such other duties as maybe required from time to time as are consistent with the responsibilities of the role and the needs of OFX
