You’ll lead by example, ensure smooth daily operations, and help create memorable guest experiences aligned with House Made Hospitality and Sofitel values.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport service excellence through team training, guest engagement, and maintaining product standards.Lead by example in food, beverage, and venue knowledge, creating a welcoming and humble environment.Monitor venue presentation including lighting, music, cleanliness, and team appearance.Assist with onboarding, performance monitoring, and team development.Represent the venue and brand proudly both on and off duty, engaging in industry events and outreach.
