Our Vision is Making healthcare affordable, accessible, and plentiful for every American.About the role:Softheon is looking for an outgoing and precise Client Relationship Coordinator to support the Client Executive teams with day-to-day responsibilities surrounding client operations. This person must have a very strong attention to detail in order to be able to efficiently take and review meeting minutes. This role will work with many other people both externally and internally. Success in this position will require someone who is willing to help out their team along with having excellent communication and organizational skills. If you are looking to be exposed to the client relations side of business this may be the role for you!RequirementsYou will:Meeting Coordination and Documentation· Coordinate internal and external meeting invites.· Take and distribute meeting minutes internally and externally.Operational Tracking and Management· Track timelines and resources for operational processes (daily, weekly, monthly).· Track operational deliverables and action items through internal trackers and follow up.· Manage time while tracking deliverables simultaneously.Client and Internal Communication· Must be able to communicate with ease with clients and Softheon employees.· Must be able to form a positive and lasting relationship with customers.Critical Thinking and Goal Achievement· This candidate will need to think critically and proactively.· Achieve goals consistently and efficiently.· Must produce highly precise and accurate work.You have: Education:· Bachelor’s in business administration or equivalent working experienceExperience:· Zero to two years’ work experience in a customer-facing job· Previous experience taking meeting minutes or documenting· CRM experience is a plus· Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically ExcelKnowledge:· Understanding of working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environment· Familiarity with CRM systemsSkills:· Excellent problem-solving and organization skills· Exceptional verbal and written communication skillsAttributes:· Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented, agile environmentOther:· Must work Eastern time · 5% travel requiredBenefitsSalary: $55,000- $62,000What we offer: Softheon offers every full-time employee a comprehensive benefits package including: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge cloud-based healthcare solutions; Work from your home company with a one-time home office stipend; Excellent benefits package that includes health, vision and dental coverage for you, your spouse and dependents; Additional benefits, including a monthly wellness stipend and internet stipend, 401K w/ a match; immediately vested, employee assistance program, disability/life insurance, and parental leave; 15 days to Discretionary PTO based on YOS plus 9 additional holidays; Referral bonuses, discretionary bonus program, spot bonuses and professional development opportunities; An opportunity for you to be part of a team committed to improving healthcare access and affordability by leveraging innovative technology solutions; Please note that candidates applying for this position, must currently reside within the United States.
