As the Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately entering large volumes of data into Microsoft Excel as well as ERP systems and databases, among other accounting and finance support functions. This long-term contract position requires the Data Entry Clerk to be based in Spring Valley, New York.Key responsibilities
Working with highly confidential materials
Preparing data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
Reviewing customer and account source documents for deficiencies
Completing additional tasks as needed
Following data program techniques and procedures to maintain data entry requirements
Providing support for data entry and additional administrative tasks
Continuing operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
Requirements
Expert Microsoft Excel skills required
General familiarity with Accounts Receivable (AR)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
