The role will assist with assigned projects, including teaming with colleagues, and helping with establishing objectives and timelines.In this role the candidate will help create promotional materials, assist with the development of company websites, organize presentations, and interact with distributors, vendors, and employees. Additionally, in this position the role requires an attention to detail and oversight to ensure materials are in line with the IP brand strategy.Must be able to effectively collaborate with team members, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate projects within budget.Essential ResponsibilitiesMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist with IP website content creation and maintenance
Monitor the IP brands social media and online presence
Announcements edit and distribute electronic announcements
Support everyday tasks within the marketing/communication function
Provide support for our distributor partners of marketing collateral and material
