Prevention Program ManagerJob DetailsJob LocationSchenectady-Genium-NPCS - Schenectady, NY Position TypeFull Time Salary Range$60,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary Travel PercentageUp to 25% DescriptionProgram Manager - Prevention As a Program Manager - Prevention, you will oversee the daily management of the program, ensuring a positive working environment for the staff, with referral sources and collateral agencies, monitoring the program’s budget, and supervision of staff that support their efforts in carrying out the Agency’s mission. You will be based in Schenectady and oversee multiple Northeast Prevention programs in Schenectady and Fulton County. This is a hybrid position involving remote work, some travel, and in-office work. You will report to the Program Director. Responsibilities:

Coordinate referral, intake, assessment/evaluation, case conference, and discharge processes ensuring that all those refereed to the program have been processed according to the program guidelines

Supervise Program Coordinators and directly supervise programs as needed

Provide regular individual and team clinical and administrative supervision meetings, clinical troubleshooting and consultation, with staff and volunteers

Coordinate treatment planning and attend service plan review, case conference and case related meetings as needed.

Responsible for staff hiring, orientation, trainings, scheduling, terminations, evaluations, corrective action plans and salary adjustments, as determined by agency policy.

Coordinate purchasing, budget development, and fiscal management and complete required paperwork including monthly report, statistics, billing, and significant incident reports.

Maintain regular contact with County partners/ referral sources to assure that programs are meeting contractual requirements; assist in modifying programs as needed to best meet county needs

Direct supervision of clinicians and clinical case managers as needed

Meet regularly with supervisor

Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements and Education:

Master’s Degree in Social Work or related field

5 to 7 plus years of experience

Licensure preferred

New York State Driver’s license required
