Job Description SummaryThis high visibility role will have responsibility for leading the Ombuds and Open Reporting program for the business globally. The role will report to the Chief Compliance Officer for GE Vernova Wind business. This role will partner with the Wind Compliance team and broader GE Vernova Ombuds and investigations team to identify and address compliance risks, trends and issues needed to continuously strengthen GE Vernova’s compliance program and integrity culture.Job DescriptionEssential Responsibilities

Proactively manage Open Reporting concerns throughout the entire life cycle of the process, including acknowledging receipt of concerns, performing case intake and classification, appointing investigators and monitoring investigation progress, ensuring reports are reviewed by designated approvers, ensuring subjects and concern raisers, where possible, receive closure feedback, and monitoring assignment and closure of corrective actions.

Provide ongoing oversight of Open Reporting program health as measured by KPIs and KRIs. Periodically validate data accuracy and compliance with data privacy requirements.

Partner with the Wind Chief Compliance Officer to provide ombuds and open reporting trend analysis and risk identification; prepare updates on Open Reporting metrics, trends and significant cases to support leadership and governance reviews, including Compliance Review Boards, semi-annual business and Respectful Workplace reviews, and the annual compliance risk assessment.

Ensure prompt escalation of significant Open Reporting concerns to business leadership.

Establish communication rhythms to keep stakeholders informed regarding Open Reporting metrics and trends and determine if further actions/process improvements are needed, including weekly CCO updates and periodic touchpoints with investigators, HR, functional and business leadership.

Provide ongoing oversight for part-time Ombudspersons, including identifying new part-time Ombuds, providing ongoing training and awareness raising for part-time Ombuds and measuring PTO effectiveness.

Work with the broader GE Vernova compliance team to lead and participate in projects to continuously improve GE Vernova’s Open Reporting program and integrity culture.

Work with the broader GE Vernova compliance team to support Open Reporting training and awareness raising for GE Vernova employees, managers, compliance leaders, HR and part-time investigators.

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 5 years of compliance, legal, Ombuds, audit or similar relevant experience

Desired Characteristics

Demonstrated process execution skills with strong attention to details and prioritization.

Ability to manage multiple matters in a global environment, set priorities and drive tasks and projects to conclusion in an extremely fast paced environment.

Strong oral and written communication; professional fluency in English

Solid judgment, high personal integrity, clear thinker and business sense

Deep domain knowledge in key compliance risk areas. Knowledge of, or experience with, compliance issues, such as - corruption/FCPA, conflict of interest, supplier related risks, competition, and privacy.

Foreign language skills a plus.

Advanced word, PowerPoint and excel skills.

Skilled in data analytics

Advanced experience in creating and delivering clear and effective presentations.

Experience with Lean; demonstrated ability to change processes to be simpler and more adaptive.

Ability to work horizontally to deliver outcomes.

The salary range for this position is $126,300 - $210,500 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation.
