This position is located on-site in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY, offering an excellent opportunity to contribute to our dynamic team.Responsibilities:
Manage the preparation and analysis of financial statements.
Lead and supervise junior accounting staff.
Conduct complex reconciliations and financial reporting.
Collaborate with department heads to provide financial insights.
Oversee the budgeting and forecasting processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and standards.
Implement and maintain effective internal controls.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.
CPA certification is highly preferred.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
