Description Our client, an alternative investment firm in San Francisco is seeking an experienced Office Manager to ensure smooth operation of various office functions. This role also entails providing comprehensive support to the CEO and coordinating with different departments. Oversee daily office functions to foster a productive and satisfying work environment.

Serve as the initial point of contact to handle incoming calls, screen and transfer them as necessary, and manage office visitors.

Handle all vendor management aspects, including ordering supplies, managing service levels, reconciling invoices, and liaising with vendor services.

Assist in organizing both onsite and virtual client meetings as required, managing elements like menus, space set-up, budget, transportation, and audio/visual requirements.

Collaborate with HR to implement initiatives, schedule holiday events, and facilitate employee engagement.

Work with the Accounting department to manage employee expenses and enforce approval and policy procedures.

Schedule and support CEO's travel planning, meetings, expenses, and other administrative tasks.
