Randstad's Client in Roslyn Heights, NY is hiring a Call Center Representative to join their team! We are seeking someone with great customer service skills, a positive attitude, the ability to pick up softwares quickly, and a can do attitude. This position does not require prior call center experience, however, customer service experience is preferred. This position is a high volume call center position that will require you to work in a fast paced environment and troubleshoot over the phone. education: High SchoolResponsibilitiesAnswer a high volume of incoming calls from customers regarding technical issues with our products

Provide troubleshooting assistance and technical support to customers experiencing problems with our products or services

Diagnose technical issues and guide customers through the resolution process step-by-step

Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in our call tracking system

Escalate complex technical issues to appropriate departments or higher-level support teams as needed

Follow up with customers to ensure that technical issues have been resolved satisfactorily

Stay up-to-date on product features, specifications, and troubleshooting techniques

Collaborate with other call center representatives and technical support teams to share knowledge and best practices

Provide feedback to management regarding recurring technical issues, customer concerns, and potential product improvements
