Job Description:
Maintain a detailed Product Database, with expertise knowledge of Product Specifications
Knowledge about JDE system and customer portals to support Sales and Project Management
Communicate all product related information to enable Sales & Projects
Prepare Internal Department Notification detailing all product changes and implementation timelines pertaining to each department – Customer Service, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Operations, Production Planning, Purchasing, QA, R&D, Samples
Prepare Sales Team Notifications regarding any product changes or replacements with clear action-points
Collaborate with QA team to capture product data to enable Sales and company projects
Manage integration of new partner products
Be recognized as ‘the go-to-person’ for the most product related queries
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all company policies and procedures
Must follow all Company Safety policies, as well as all GMP regulations according to OSHA requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
Must have excellent written & verbal communication, as well as interpersonal skills
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Must have experience working in the food industry
Bilingual Spanish is a PLUS!
