Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a full time in-house Web Developer. Developer will be responsible for developing new features, refactoring existing code, debugging and bug tracking for an eCommerce website that is currently being developed and very close to running in production.
- Deploy custom code for use on the company's eCommerce site
- Continue design and front-end development on new and existing templates
- Write PHP/MySQL in order to store data capture from website visitors and to extract data from the database for website display
- Apply Bootstrap 3 styles to new and existing templates
- Optimize existing markup for speed and scalability
- Development and re-design website
- Take ownership of project needs, tasks, and communications to ensure timely and efficient completion of assignments
- Work with passion, integrity and energy
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be a proficient LAMP Developer
- Strong experience and knowledge of PHP/PDO OOP
- Must have deep understanding of MySQL
- Strong experience working with jQuery and jQuery AJAX
- Intermediate knowledge of current SEO principles
- 2+ years of web development experience
- eCommerce experience preferred
- Degree in Computer Science or relevant field of study preferred
