We are an established General Contractor in the quick-serve retail space, building and renovating small retail stores, gas stations, coffee shops, and restaurants throughout the northeast. We are looking to build relationships with owner-operated construction companies to partner with us on upcoming projects. We are looking for crews that have experience in this field.
Renovation work will consist of demo, framing, drywall, FRP install, acoustical ceilings, casework/millwork installation, tile work, painting and different types of flooring installs. We are able to train for specific stores, and their specific specifications.
We have a consistent workload, and these projects range from 4 days to 12 weeks. All expenses are paid up front and jobs are paid immediately, unlike the typical 30-45 day commercial payment schedules.
Crew must be highly respectful and professional, as you will be representing us as a subcontractor. We are looking for long term partners.
