About the Role
Join our property-management team and work side-by-side with our Lead Technician. You’ll get paid on-the-job training as you help keep our apartments and commercial spaces around the Monroe County area in top shape.
Key Duties
- Assist with unit turnovers (flooring, painting, drywall repairs)
- Install and repair fixtures, appliances, doors, locks
- Help troubleshoot basic plumbing, electrical & HVAC issues
- Perform grounds work: landscaping, snow removal & cleanup
- Rotate on-call for after-hours service requests
You’ll Learn
- Proper tool use & safety procedures
- Basic building-system repair techniques
- How to prioritize & document work orders
- Tenant-friendly customer service skills
Must-Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- Comfortable bending, climbing ladders & lifting up to 50 lbs
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic & eagerness to learn
