We are seeking a skilled Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a Maintenance, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper upkeep and maintenance of our Real Estate portfolio. This is a role that requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including maintaining landscaping, cleaning common areas, and performing repairs on maintenance for tenants.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues within a house hold.
- Conduct preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate repairs and maintenance activities
Experience:
- Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform repairs
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience with residential electrical, plumbing, and remodeling a plus
- Drywall, Painting, Landscaping, Cleaning, Required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
