We’re looking for a Project Manager who wants real income based on real performance — earning 5–10% of every job you estimate and manage.

We average 35+ qualified leads per month, and as of this posting, we have 37 hot leads ready to be contacted. If you can perform, we’ll turn the marketing dial up even further to fuel your pipeline.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Contacting clients to schedule estimates

Writing accurate, detailed estimates

Following up to close deals and win projects

Screening, hiring, and coordinating subcontractors

Managing material orders and job site logistics

Overseeing every phase of the project from start to finish

Ensuring projects stay on schedule and within scope

Daily communication via text/email with the GEM team

Serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subs

Strong experience in remodeling and residential construction

Ability to lead, schedule, and manage subcontractors

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (until vehicle provided)

Willing to work on commission only — 100% performance-based
