We are looking for a highly skilled Site Supervisor/Foreman to join our passionate and driven team in Victor, NY. This leadership role requires proven, quality-oriented general construction experience, strong problem-solving skills, as well as crew and jobsite management experience. A complete understanding of the building process, project scopes, as well as site management of high-performance, high-craft custom home jobsites is required.

Required Experience:
5+ years residential construction experience.
General knowledge of building sites, construction planning/organization, and job-site management.
Strong problem-solving skillset including job-site management, tool and equipment maintenance, and supply
management/ordering.
Knowledge of building materials and best installation practices.
Knowledge and ability to interpret drawings and specifications.
Ability to lead and direct carpenters, builders, and trades people.
Exceptional math and problem-solving skills.
Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer software for project management and reporting.
Valid NYS Driver’s License with clean driving record.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in high-performance home building, passive house construction and high-efficiency enclosure
systems with a general understanding of high-performance building envelopes and construction methods.
Responsibilities:
Supervise construction site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Assist Project Managers with jobsite coordination and workflow.
Manage and maintain construction site documentation including daily logs of hours worked, materials used, safety
reports, and progress reports.
Perform inspections of scopes completed by subcontractors, comparing installation methods and materials with
specifications, and remedy any deficiencies.
Have a proficient understanding of the contract documents, including but not limited, to the final contract, change
orders, and architectural drawings.
Understand the outlook of production/construction schedule and coordinate to ensure smooth construction, inclusive
of material ordering, sub-contract communication, and internal labor needs.
Oversee project closeout.
Maintain tools and equipment.
Ensure the construction site is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
