We have 2 private salon suites available for rent. All suites come equipped with a salon station, LED mirror, chair, hair washing sink and a dispensary.
Weekly rent starts at $275 a week and is negotiable for the right renter. Must have a clientele and be able to sign a year lease.
Other tenants include Medical estheticians, Microblading, Makeup Artists and a Physicians Assistant in Dermatology. We would love to connect with a stylist who has a good clientele but would have room to take new clients from our other renters.
