Sales Manager (Estimator) – Remodeling
Location: Monroe & Wayne Counties, NY

We’ve restructured our team and created a dedicated Sales Manager (Estimator) role so our people can focus on what they do best. In this position, you’ll own the front end of the business — meeting clients, preparing estimates, and closing contracts — then handing the project off to a Project Manager to execute.
Role Overview
As Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of GEM for new clients. You’ll guide them through their options, put together accurate proposals, and close deals that set up successful projects.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Meet with clients in their homes to discuss project goals
Prepare accurate, professional estimates for remodeling work
Present proposals and secure signed agreements
Hand off projects smoothly to the Project Manager
Maintain client relationships for referrals and repeat work
What We’re Looking For
Residential remodeling background strongly preferred
Excellent communication and people skills
Detail-oriented and able to create accurate estimates
Organized and responsive with follow-through
Must have a reliable vehicle, cell phone, and laptop

Work Environment
No office to report to — you’ll meet clients in their homes and work from your own

Unlimited days off — as long as clients aren’t waiting and sales are being made
Must live in Monroe County or nearby (Buffalo applicants will not be considered)
