Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. This role is crucial for expanding our market presence by targeting distributors and high-volume customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, an understanding of the EV charging industry, and the ability to forge strong relationships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with distributors and high-volume customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding customer needs and requirements.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, trade shows and social media.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, ensuring clear and compelling communication of our value proposition.

Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with the inside sales team to achieve better results, sharing insights and best practices.

Keep up-to-date with the latest EV industry trends, market conditions, competitive activities, and product developments.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an outbound sales representative or in a relevant sales role.

Familiarity with the EV industry and technological trends is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
