Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Commission-Based Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Rochester, NY. As an independent contractor, you will be responsible for driving sales of our ZenBud device, a revolutionary wellness product. This position offers significant earning potential through a structured commission plan and performance-based bonuses. The ZenBud device retails for $500.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including online platforms, professional networks, and industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Educate potential customers about the benefits and features of the ZenBud device.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Submit weekly sales reports and participate in monthly performance review meetings.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in commission-based sales, preferably in the wellness or technology industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
