ORDER ENTRY CLERK - Hourly / Full Time / Benefits
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Obtains property information through the use of internet websites.
Verifies internal databases for duplicate orders
Verifies client specifications to ensure accuracy of orders
Obtains tax information though various websites
Orders various search products through company database using data entry techniques to meet strict turn around timelines
Delivers orders to various departments for processing
Performs other duties as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS
Typing Skills Strongly Recommended (greater than 45wpm) and may be tested if called in for an interview.
Experience with MS Outlook and ability to read/print e-mails and attachments.
Very strong organizational and multi-tasking skills required.
