We're a small landscaping company looking for an part-time Receptionist/Office Assistant to join our team for our busy season! You will be responsible for providing general clerical/office Support. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Answer calls/Make requested phone calls
- Plan/Schedule appointments, meetings, etc.
- Recording contracts as they come in
- Greet guest/employees that come into office
- Maintain organized filing systems
- General Clerical tasks & Data Entry
- Light office cleaning
Qualifications include an excellent phone presence, experience with Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook, and the ability to work independently and multi-task when required. Flexible schedule but typically mornings; around 15-20 hours a week.
