Looking for an executive assistant for a local Construction company. Part time work with full times hours during the construction season. Must have some bookkeeping skills prefered. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite 365,typing documents. Data entry on computer platforms. Payroll entries using ADP run platform. Entering daily entries in the accounting program, A/P A/R processing vendors checks. LCP Tracking System data entries.
reliable transportation is a must. Able to start immediately. Attend training sessions on computer software.
3- days a week to start (24-hrs) full time during peak construction season.
