Well-established attorney support services company in Penfield is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual for an immediate full-time administrative assistant position.

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and maintain client files, including setup, tracking, and closure

Calendar important dates and ensure all deadlines are met

Perform billing, invoicing, and data entry tasks

Draft and send correspondence; manage incoming and outgoing client documents

Provide administrative support including copying, filing, and other general office tasks as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent grammar, spelling, proofreading, and communication skills

Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

Professional appearance and demeanor

High energy, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team

Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
