Power Press operator with experience needed to join our 4 person team in Penfield NY near Fairport. This position will focus on all aspects of the manufacturing requirements which include press operation, maintenance, die instillation house keeping etc.
As you become familiar with those company needs inventory management, packaging, shipping and other duties will be added. The intent is to train you to become my assistant manager within a year. Computer skills with word and excel required as well as mechanical aptitude a must.
Snow plowing, riding mower operation and housekeeping will be a small part of the duties since there are only 4 people working here.
Monday thru Friday 8-4:30 with no overtime. health care will be a single plan that we pay 50% of after 90 days. One weeks vacation to start. Profit sharing in March instead of a 401 plan as well as a Christmas bonus. Pay is based on experience
