Customer Service Representative
35 hour-a-week position, multi-tasked with an emphasis on creating appointments from our 15,000 previous clients.
Tasks: Read and understand the needs of our clients, call each client and set up their next appointment. Answer the phones in a secondary position, office back up. Dispatch the technicians throughout the day. Make happy calls. Send out emails, snail mail, post cards, and text clients you cannot reach by phone. Input all information about every contact with a client in our extensive database program.
Compensation is hourly plus commission.
You will be a part of keeping the atmosphere in the office a pleasant one.
Hours are 8:30am to 4:30 pm with an unpaid one-hour lunch between 11:30am to 12:30pm.
You must have previous phone experience.
