Lilac Real Estate Services/ Lilac Window Cleaning is hiring for a Window Cleaner/Power Washer to join our growing team. This is a full/part-time opportunity at $20-$26 an hour based on experience level. Benefits include a 401K contribution and 1 week of PTO after one full year of service, and a discretionary holiday bonus.
Job responsibilities include cleaning windows inside and out of various businesses and residential homes and commercial buildings. This position will also have power washing responsibilities. This requires operating of ladders and other potentially lift equipment. Valid driver's license and ability to drive personal/company vehicle is required.
Experience is desirable but we offer quality on the job training to motivated individuals who want to join our team.
