We are currently looking for Tent Installers to join our crew for the 2024 Spring/Summer/Fall season!
McCarthy Tents & Events is Western NY's premier wedding and event tent rental company. Our team consists of sharp individuals who enjoy being physically active, value customer service, and who can represent the company to the highest level at all times.
This position is a great fit for individuals who are between jobs or looking to make money while home for the summer months.
We will be working 50-60 hours a week, and encourage all to apply who enjoy working outdoors everyday.
No prior work experience is required, just the willingness to learn and take direction accordingly. We will offer very competitive wages to those who have prior tent installation experience.
There are also positions available within both our Webster NY and Henrietta warehouse for unloading/loading, washing of rental items, and general organization.
Qualifications are -
Valid Drivers License (preferred OR reliable transportation to and from wok)
Ability to lift 50 lbs
Comfortable working in all weather conditions
Available to work 40+ hours in season (OT will always be available)
Staying active for a full 8-10 hour shift
Ability to keep rental equipment clean, operate safely while on at the work site, and overall willingness to learn the trade.
