We are seeking a tech-savvy contractor to assist in refurbishing and inventorying a large number of Android-based kiosks. The role involves testing, reinstalling software, and ensuring full functionality of each unit.
Responsibilities:
Unbox and assess Android kiosks to determine operational status.
Uninstall our previous custom application and install the updated version via an external hard drive.
Verify the functionality of key hardware components, including the camera, touchscreen, and volume controls.
Organize, sort, and inventory the kiosks based on their condition.
Assist with proper storage and categorization of all units.
Requirements:
Experience with Android devices or similar hardware/software installations.
Attention to detail and ability to follow a structured testing process.
Ability to work independently and efficiently to process a high volume of units.
Reliable transportation to and from the storage facility
Job Details:
Part-time, flexible hours based on availability. Really a work on your own schedule type of gig.
