- This Full Time maintenance job requires:
Basic carpentry skills
Must own truck & basic tools
Respond to homeowner work orders in timely fashion
Siding repair, paver work, external home repairs etc.
Crofton Perdue Associates Inc. manages 83 properties across Rochester region
Self motivated, courteous, able to work independently
