We are a Mid-century Modern Vintage furniture store seeking a furniture apprentice for our business.
Duties Include:
- Sanding / Staining / lacquering furniture
- Cleaning / wiping furniture
- Moving and lifting furniture (should be able to comfortably lift 50lbs)
- Light driving (must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle)
- Preforming structural repairs on furniture
Job Requirements:
- Must be on time and reliable
- Must work a minimum 4 day work week (option for full time or part time work available)
- Hours typically range from 9am to 6pm
- Must be detail oriented
- Good memory and ability to multitask a must
- Enjoys working with their hands and doesn't mind getting a little dirty
Job Expectations:
- Must be reliable and hardworking
- Have a student mentality
- A desire to grow and develop.
- Will not be on phone during work hours
- Is comfortable doing light manual work for up 8 hour shifts
