I am a 60y/o recently widowed gay tetraplegic (loss or diminished use of all four limbs plus bowel and urinary function) USN service connected veteran searching for preferably a LONG TERM live-in male health aide/handyman/apprentice in my (mortgage free) home located 1 block from the public market in a bungalow on 4 combined lots (I own 2/3 of the block).
Reply by email only WITH A RESUME or basically as much detail about yourself that fits what I’m looking for and from which I will be able to perform a complete background check. (References are highly recommended).
NOTE! Responses without any of the above will not be answered nor considered.
AGAIN, I really don’t want this to be a transitional stay, really need someone for the long haul.
There’s room for at least 2 applicants that I’m learning may work out better in order to swap “sitting” duties, negotiations will need to take place over wages and the ‘dynamics’ of hourly/daily schedules but starting wages will be as high as $2400/month on top of free room and board, utilities, internet included.
ABOUT THE COMPANY:
My vision for SUPACO is to become a learning hub and supply link so that people can learn to build and maintain their own vertical hydroponic and compressed air harvesting systems in order that they may teach others to do likewise.
In this manner, neighborhoods and networks begin to organize and develop as entire SUSTAINABLE COMMUNITIES that actually look out for each other once again and share interests, resources, and a better outlook for their futures and that of their progeny.
Along with my devices that use magnetically propelled fluidic rocking principles to generate both compressed air and electricity ( and even possibly heating and refrigeration) to apply to the circulation and light generating necessities of hydroponic agriculture setups, it is feasible to enable any household into becoming largely if not completely self-sufficient for a renewed sense of freedom, security, and shared compassion for all life.
ABOUT THE CONTRACTORS:
A reliable single male with handyman skills who wants to live rent free and who preferably has some home health aid/nursing skills but if not, is willing to be taught them. Interests/experience with some physics and hydroponic gardening are a huge plus.
NOTE! This is considered a freelance contract position with room and board as part of compensation in an INITIALLY TEMPORARY trial position. Employee will NOT be able to use the address for mailings and will need to get a PO box or receive their mail and packages at another address until permanent hire. Prospect will also need to have a back-up residence to move to in the event their contract becomes terminated. There is a possibility that the position may be shared between two contractors in a 3.5 day on/off rotation with separate rooms.
