Job Summary: We are actively seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn to join our team as Entry-Level Technicians in the professional cleaning and remediation services industry. No prior experience is necessary; we provide comprehensive training to help you develop the skills needed to succeed in this role. As an Entry-Level Technician, you will have the opportunity to work in various aspects of our services, including carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning, as well as water/flood remediation, mold remediation, and biohazard removal. We offer incentive-based pay to reward your hard work and dedication as you grow with us.
Responsibilities:
Participate in training programs to learn professional cleaning techniques and remediation procedures.
Assist experienced technicians in performing cleaning services, including carpet, tile & grout, and upholstery cleaning.
Support the team in air duct and dryer vent cleaning projects, gaining hands-on experience in maintaining optimal air quality.
Learn to respond to water/flood emergencies, assess damage, and assist in implementing remediation measures.
Gain exposure to mold remediation procedures, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and industry standards.
Assist in biohazard removal tasks under the guidance of experienced team members, prioritizing safety and efficiency.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to complete projects on time and meet client expectations.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, contributing to quality control and service excellence.
