Looking for detail oriented and conscientious applicants who enjoys working mostly independently but can coordinate with others on occasion.
Tasks include:
Mopping floors
Cleaning bathrooms
Vacuuming
Carpet cleaning
If experienced: Painting, building maintenance – mostly carpentry. Tools and materials are provided.
Experience with the trades, building maintenance, or landscaping is a plus, not required.
Paid sick days, paid holidays, bonus for excellent attendance.
Start time is 6:30 p.m. Monday–Friday (is flexible, will work with your availability.) This is evening work.
20 – 30 hours a week (is flexible, will work with your availability).
Weekend work is available.
