Western New York Sealing And Paving is looking to hire seal coaters for the 2024 season. The company has been servicing residential and commercial asphalt for the greater Rochester and surrounding areas for over 20 years. The sealing season goes from the first week of May till mid October (weather depending). The sealing teams work Monday through Saturday. Our teams work from 7 AM till 4-7PM (daily hours vary) making full time a 50 plus hour week which includes overtime pay. We do not work on Sunday and when there is inclement weather. Experience is welcome, but not required. We require people to have a solid work ethic, a positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
