A Fairport company with 28 employees is accepting applications for a part time HR person. Flexible hours, vacation, portion of health care plans, and bonus program are offered. The HR position will perform time and attendance, process payroll, perform updated filings including worker comp forms and audits as required. This person will adjust employee requests for tax withholding, 401K adjustments, and other related requests. Experience with the Paylocity platform is a plus!
1) Perform Payroll
2) 401K contribution upload
3) 5500 or other required Paylocity Filings
4) Update NYS posters
5) Employee Withholding adjustments
6) Employee complaint and resolution
7) Hiring (sign on info, handbook, drug test setup), Layoff- unemployment filing-exit interview
8) DBL or Workers comp audit information and filing.
