Part Time Resident Care Aides

Parkwood Heights Senior Living Community is looking for a Resident Care Aide/ Medication Technician that is efficient, courteous and professional to assist residents with Activities of Daily Living, assist residents with the administration of medications as ordered by their physician and as defined in the Medication policies and procedures. Encourage resident socialization and participation in activities. Report any changes in resident behavior or health status to the Program Coordinator and/or the Case Manager. Respond promptly and positively to resident requests for assistance, including emergency calls, telephone calls, and requests from family and friends. Receive and log concerns, requests and resident issues. Advise Program Coordinator or Case Manager of needed supplies. Adhere to the emergency and evacuation procedures. Maintain resident confidentiality.
