Ability to work with cash and credit card transactions, strong math skills
Understanding the importance of clear and professional communication with customers, and their need for special treatment, or requests
Ability to multitask while taking orders as well as communicating with co-workers
Manage supplies and resources to minimize waste
Listens and takes direction from managers
Practices safe food handling techniques (i.e, wearing gloves and hair nets, changing gloves after handling money)
Follow sanitation guidance of federal, state regulations
Perform regular cleaning duties and other tasks before, during and after event
Must be reliable and responsible for your own transportation
Ability to meet directly at event site
Ability to be coachable, trained on “Chef’s” procedures and recipes
Strict cleanliness and sanitation as well as organization
Helping with set-up and breakdown of food trucks and tent events
Taking inniative, recognizing what needs to be done in day to day work
When you’re on the clock continuously working unless on break (Come in ready to work, no standing around out back of building or leaving truck)
Capable of managing high volume food out-put, speed and quality
Work with management to guarantee logistics and coordination of events
Capable of closing food truck down properly
Qualifications:
Previous experience 1-3 years
Strong interpersonal skills including communication and problem solving
Capable of lifting 50-100#
