Our Family of Restaurants is looking for an experienced prep cook to execute the pizza dough program at Swan Dive.
Duties include:
-Making large batches of pizza dough
-Weighing ingredients and following recipes to exact specs
-Rolling dough for daily/weekly service
-Lifting/turning
