We are a NYC based staffing firm with a client that has locations in Ontario County.
I am looking to fill a long term temp/temp to hire office position. This is Monday through Friday, in office. Working hours are 8am to 5pm with an hour for lunch. Pay is $20 per hour.
This is a corporate worksite setting.
Ideal candidates should have prior Mailroom and/or Corporate Hospitality experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Sorting and tracking mail and packages
Inventory of supplies
Emptying and maintaining shredding bins
Coordinate with messenger center
Set up conference rooms
Replenish pantries and supply areas
Check perishable expiration dates
Maintain executive pantry
Check sink for mugs/cups – load/unload dishwasher
Maintain glassware, check for nicks, breaks, etc.
Check copiers for paper jams/replenish copy paper
Cover/uncover rooftop furniture
Receiving beverage deliveries, ensure storage displays are locked
Other various office tasks
High school diploma or GED
