Position Overview:
The Line Cook plays a vital role in the daily operations of our kitchen. This individual will be responsible for preparing and executing menu items with precision, maintaining cleanliness and organization, and working collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure that each dish meets our standards for quality and presentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and plate menu items consistently and in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workstation throughout service.
Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations.
Assist with food preparation, inventory management, and daily kitchen organization.
Communicate effectively with fellow kitchen staff and front-of-house team members.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications:
Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar kitchen role preferred.
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food safety, and sanitation practices.
