Duties
Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff activities to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
Oversee inventory control, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
Ensure all food handling practices comply with health and safety regulations.
Train and mentor kitchen staff in cooking techniques, food handling, and safety protocols.
Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak hours.
Conduct interviews for new kitchen staff and assist in the hiring process.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area at all times.
Experience with Mexican cuisine is encouraged
Qualifications
