We are welcoming new members to our already incredible staff here at The Revelry, Rochester's premier craft cocktail bar & supreme dining experience. Currently, we are looking for Line Cooks & Dishwashers interested in expanding into the fine dining industry.
Requirements for Line Cook:
-Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines.
-Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary & timely manner.
-Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant.
- Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift.
-Cleans and maintains station while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
- Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use & maintain all equipment in the station.
-Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
-Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef or Sous Chef at any time.
-Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
Must have open schedule Tuesday - Sunday
Requirements for Dishwasher:
-Must have some knowledge of cleaning chemicals & organizational skills.
-Some lifting may be required.
-We are looking for individuals that are reliable & dependable who can work under pressure.
-It is extremely important that you have your own transportation as well as a personal email address with access to it on a regular basis.
