The ideal candidate should possess the following skills and attributes:
Be able to lead, cook and prep in a fast clean environment.
Maintain fast, accurate service, provide excellent customer service, and meet and/or exceed both company and customer expectations
Train, monitor, and reinforce food safety procedures
Execute company policies and procedures
Manage prep levels
Dishes and other general cleaning task.
Able to lead and delegate tasks to the team.
Lead and manage kitchen crew to work as team.
Mentor and train kitchen crew.
Anticipate and identify problems and initiate appropriate corrective action
Ensure continual improvement of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness
Strong work ethic and reliable.
AM- PM shift availability.
