Candidate must:
Understand and execute set food and labor costs
Have insight and appreciation for French cuisine
Minimum 5-year experience
Have up to date serve safe 1 certificate
Lead the kitchen in high standards and strong work ethic
Accuracy and speed in both culinary and emergency situation
Maintain high kitchen cleanliness standards
The position:
5-day work week
