Assists customers with sale of product, competent in use of point of sales system, stocks and merchandises inventory, provides excellent customer service to patients, visitors, Mayo employees and internal department representatives in a fast paced environment. Assists in coordinating gift shop operations. Works cooperatively with gift shop manager/supervisor in the realm of inventory control, product merchandising, record keeping, marketing and promotions. Receives all merchandise; must be able to lift/move all inventory.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent. One year of previous customer/patient experience required. One year of point of sales fundamentals required. One year of retail sales and merchandise experience required.Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and organizational skills. Strong human relations/communication skills and ability to problem solve and make quick decisions.
