Assist with the development and implementation of lectures using research and best practice information. Maintain competency in both inpatient and outpatient lab service technician related skills.Individuals hired to this position are required to complete 2 years in this role before being eligible to transfer to other positions within Mayo Clinic.QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED and two years of experience in Laboratory Services or a two-year degree in health-related sciences with experience in phlebotomy. Effective oral, written, listening and coaching skills coupled with didactic and "hands on" teaching skills are essential. Good human relation skills are necessary.
