ResponsibilitiesAcute pediatric or emergency department experience required. Demonstrates ability to function in leadership role. Ability to provide direct patient care to pediatric patients across the age spectrum in a fast-paced environment. Participation in collaborative, multidisciplinary care. Primary focus on environment of care, staff retention, monthly audits, and collaborating with management team on unit improvement projects. Demonstrates good interpersonal skills, strong prioritization and organizational skills. BSN preferred.Qualifications Requires a BSN or matriculation in a BSN program from an accredited Nursing Program and an active New York State license in good standing. Applicants will have a minimum of 5 years or RN experience. Full/Part Time:

Schedule: FT position available, D/E/N rotation, holidays and weekends per unit standard, department nursing administrator on call responsibilities.
